"I received a call from the restaurant saying that they just received my order over an hour after placing it on your site.
I am outraged at the service.
This happened the last time but it was only a half-hour and the restaurant covered your error by saying that they were unclear about my request.
Please explain the problem or I will stop using your service.

"Was very pleased - the website is very user friendly and convient, and the adaptable menu is even more so. The food was delivered bang on time and tasted. I can think of little more that could have improved the experience - will definately use again ;p x"
