"I ordered 2 mixed kebabs,got a text to say that my order was fine, then 20 mins later I got a call saying that they hadn't got kebabs and would I have a pizza or chicken purger instead. I said I would have a refund, they said no refunds and the kebabs would be with me in 40 mins. 40 mins later the delivery man arrived with 1 kebab and one pizza!!! I was not impressed at all expecially as I had told the lady on the phone that I didn't want a pizza, a simple refund would have been satisfactory!!"
