"Thought we would try out Kismat again after having a bad experience with the food and waiting time last time, but the food is usually hot and quite nice so would be willing to let it go if the order was ok this time- however after realising that we gave bad feedback last time Kismat decided to cancel our order and not deliver to us- we had no notice so waited over an hour to then ring them and find out. I would have thought they would apologise for the bad service last time and build upon the criticism but instead they turn away business and leave us waiting for an order that wasn't coming."

"Great take away- it has become our regular because the food is always on time, hot and very tasty. Was a little early today but not to worry- also forgot the starter but by the time I rang up the driver was on his way back and very apologetic. Would definitely continue ordering from here."

"Mixed Kebab Starter was a MUST if having the Chicken Tikka Passand & Lamb Tikka Balti because there was only three piece of meat per dish. The spicy chips were bad dont get them!, you might as well just put your own pepper on.
All in all not bad was ok."
