"The wrong order was received & when I called was told to keep the food we'd received & our proper order would be delivered in 30 minutes free of charge. I rang 2 days later as the money had been taken from my account. I spoke to the manager who was very rude and accused me of lying."

"Had to wait longer than normal for food to be delivered. Was good to see driver eventually walking up drive with our order. May not order on internet again as they seem more reliable and quick when order placed over the phone. Only ordered over internet as I couldn't pay with card over phone and didn't have any cash to pay at door."

Due to MY error I placed (and paid for) my order twice tonight. Within less than 5 minutes I had received a call from BOTH Balti 2000 AND E-resistible to check my order was right and that I would be refunded the extra - 5 star customer service, so order with confidence!"
