If you paid with a credit card, you will be refunded immediately and in most cases the funds wont even leave your account.
Contact us and we'll make sure your credit card payment is voided or refunded (subject to restaurant confirmation).
If no restaurants show up it means we don't have any in your area yet. Don't worry though, we're adding more all the time!
In these cases we recommand contacting the restaurant directly, but if you rather we contact them instead, drop us an email.
Additionally, you can leave a public review that will appear on the restaurant's page for others to see.
We take our restaurant ratings seriously, so only people who have made a successful order are allowed to submit a rating.
In most cases, orders are transferred automatically to a printer installed at the restaurant.
Your order prints out seconds after you click the 'Finalise' button and the restaurant attendant presses a button to confirm it has been accepted.
We then send you an email and optionally a text message with an approximate arrival time.
Restaurants may also opt to receive orders by phone, fax, text message or email. We have all bases covered!
Appetise does NOT store your credit card details on our servers.
Instead, credit cards are processed through a third party card processor over a secure connection. We also utilize industry-leading 3dSecure for a further level of protection.
