"Delivered to wrong address, our neighbour had to bring it to us as the driver just walked away saying it had been paid for, despite our neighbour saying they had not ordered anything.. When I phoned up to question what had happened I was passed to 3 different people who where all rude, one of which was the driver who lied and came across as if he couldn't care less.. Not one of them made any type of appology. Would avoid at all costs and never order again."

"as your aware there was a considerable fubar last night not china city's fault but an overall spoiling of the night, joke was the man that brought the chinese was the same man that had earlier turned up with our indian which we had had canceled due to the indians having no driver/car which as you know was then sent back.
Whats going on was his car broke or what?"

"Took the driver 15 mins to find my house after going to the wrong street and despite my instructions upon ordering. The food arrived luke warm and oily and the black bean tofu was so oily it was thrown away."

"Food arrived and only warm, starting unpacking the food and notice the prawn toast was missing. Called the take away to let them know and I was told it would be sent - even though we would have eaten by then but it never turned up. So I paid almost £4 for prawn toast we never received, absolutely disgusted in this an will be complining to appetise as the payment was also taken twice out of my account so almost £60 when the meal cost just under £30 with missing items- terrible."
