"The food was horrible. The order arrived very late (and only after I had rung to ask them where it was), the soup was tasteless - as were the rice and noodles, the sweet and sour chicken was vastly over cooked /tough and the sauce was too runny and oily, the duck was also very overcooked. We threw almost all of it in the bin and had to cook ourselves dinner with what we had in the house. Complete waste of money and very very angry - If we had been served this in a restaurant we would have sent it back / refused to pay."

"Very bad experience. The order was very late; the driver surly and non cooperative, and to top it all off, my order was not delivered completely. I had to call to have prawn crackers brought round 15 mins after my meal was delivered. Really, really disappointing and poor customer service. I will not recommend your service."

"The driver couldn't find our house and he was paid £30 for our meal (which cost £27.30)
He did not supply a receipt.
The meal was ok, but I've had better admittedly.
Then after eating our chinese we had numerous calls (which once again we couldn't understand due to the bad communication skills of the delivery man) accusing us of not paying!
I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone! "
