"as usual we diddent get our free bottle of coke and this time we diddent even get the one we paid for either. they always refuse to come to front door and expect us to walk out to the buzzer door to the the street to collect it, we have to argue with the drivers and threaten to call the resturant to say they have refused to deliver befor they will. this happans everytime we order and now we have decided no more, we will be looking for another one to place our oders in the future.,"

"this was the 2nd time the driver rang from a different street 30 mins after order was expected, despite having several deliveries from this place before these 2 occasions. last time food was stone cold this time it was still vaguely warm. owner very apologetic on phone but still still doesnt help when chinese food does not reheat well especially battered prawns"

"I have been a Bella customer for over a year and have always been happy with the food, however the last time I ordered I was very disappointed with the service. Firstly I did not recieve all my order. Secondly the driver overcharged me, when I told my partner about this he told me when he paid for our order the time before the driver had also tried to overcharge him. I think this is disgraceful! To make matters worse when I rang Bella to complain I spoke to two people, including the manager, and the were both rude to me and in the end the manager put the phone down on me. I was told they would not give me a refund for the hors d'oeuvres that were missing as it was not their fault but e-resistable's (I'm not sure how that works as he later showed me the message from e-risistable and the product number was on the text!). He told me that I would have to wait 20 minutes for them to arrive, although I no longer wanted them, meaning the rest of my food was cold by that time. I was given the difference of the money I had been overcharged but the manager, who 20 minutes after putting the phone down on me, brought me my hors d'oeuvres. I tried to speak to him about his driver overcharging us on more than one occasion but he refused to acknowledge this as a problem saying his drivers were trustworthy! As a result of this I will never be ordering from Bella again."

"The website can process to check out once the order reach £10, yet restaurant info states that it could be order under £10 while £1 would be added to delivery. So, I'd wonder can I order 1 or 2 dishes without meeting the minium order?"
