"There was an error during the order which I called up to confirm the details with, but when the driver called he obviously hadn't been told this. The food was half an hour late and not very hot when it arrived. I called up and asked where it was and they said the driver had let 10 minutes ago (the place is 10 minutes walk from here), and then the driver called with the mix up. When he did arrive he tried to deliver the food next door. Then once our food had arrived and we had started eating, a second driver called up and said he was three minutes away. Ridiculously disorganised in my opinion and should do better!"
